Commonly known as The Spirit of Tech, The Marchin Virginians celebrate their 40 hi season with entertaining per- formances and lively rnusic to support the Hokies during the 2013-2014 football season. Under the direction of David McKee and Polly' Middleton, the band will feature great Americml music throughout the season. Instructor Lelia Fugate will teach participants to use the popular deco mesh ribbon to create this beautiful 21 inch wreath. The Town of St. Paul has announced the schedule of events planned to celebrate the 2013 appearance of the Santa Train on Saturday, November 23. Activities will begin at I0 a.m. and continue through 2 p.m. in downtown St. Paul, primarily on Fourth Avenue and Market Square except, of course, for the Santa Train visit. The Clinch River Cruisers will hold a Car Show on Fourth Avenue.
