Xhursday, October 18, Team Estonoa hosted Lebanon
lHigh School's Environmental Science class at the
{ Estonoa Learning Center. The team presented their
project and eiin ied tours of the w lands. Team
Estonoa members talked with Lebanon students about
Lebanon's wetlands and offered to help with any
aspect of their project.
CORN CHOWDER
cup onion, chopped
3A cup celery, chopped
stick butter
1 3/, cups milk
2 cans cream of chicken soup
20 oz. can cream style corn
tsp. salt
tsp. pepper
tsp. sweet basil
Cook onion and celery in
butter. Add milk, soup, corn,
salt, pepper and basil. Heat well,
but do not boil.
PUMPKIN CAKE
3 cups self-rising flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
3 tsp. cinnamon
1 cup Wesson oil
2 cups sugar
2 cups cooked pumpkin
4 eggs, well beaten
1 stick margarine
cup flaked coconut
1 can (29 oz.) can sliced
peaches, drained
cup sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 cup sour cream
1 whole egg
Cut oleo into dry cake mix
until crumbly. Slightly toast
coconut in oven and mix itito
cake mix. Pat mixture lightly
into ungreased pan. Bake 350
degrees for 10 minutes. Drain
peaches "on paper towels, then
arrange on warm crust. Mix
sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle
over peaches. Blend sour cream
and egg. Drizzle over peaches.
Bake 350 degrees for 25 min-
utes. Better served warm.

technology trust funds to improve security, preserve records and modernize the clerk's

2) Completed Management training classes with the Supreme Court of Virginia.
3) Kept all promises-retained all form er employees, induding my opponent; extended the
hours of operation to 45 hours a week and the Clerk's office is current in technology.
4) Bachelor of Science degree from The University of Virginia at Wise, with honors.
Concentration in Financial Management.
5) Licensed attorney admitted to practice law in all Virginia courts and Virginia Federal
Courts.
6) Certified Circuit Court Clerk by the University of Virginia's Weldon Cooper Center for
Public Service.
7) Legal training dealing with court records, deeds, wills and all other case matters.
8) Served on Supreme Court of Virginia's Judicial Performance Task Force Committee.
9) Served on Clerk Association's Education Committee, Technology Trust Fund
Committee and the Library of Virginia Grants Committee.
10) Active in community activities, Rotary Club, Lions Club and the Relay for Life.
