The team presented their project and eiin ied tours of the w lands. Team Estonoa members talked with Lebanon students about Lebanon's wetlands and offered to help with any aspect of their project. Slightly toast coconut in oven and mix itito cake mix. Pat mixture lightly into ungreased pan. Bake 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Drain peaches "on paper towels, then arrange on warm crust. Mix sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over peaches. Blend sour cream and egg. Drizzle over peaches. Bake 350 degrees for 25 min- utes. Better served warm.
